ENGINEERING

TOOL + DIE
Integrating industry leading technology, dedicated equipment and an experienced development team enables us to deliver a competitive advantage to our customers. Our in house tool and die manufacturing capability allows us to give speed-to-market solutions.
CASTING
Combined with our advanced engineering capabilities and experience, we can provide the optimum solution for every product. We use Gravity Die Casting technology to manufacture our Cast Aluminium Parts.
We produce Ductile Iron and Gray Iron castings in our Green Sand Casting process. Uncommon to our industry, GN Altech has both Horizontal and Vertical High Pressure Moulding Line (HPML) technology which provides flexibility needed to cast a wide range of parts at competitive prices. GN Altech is tenured in multiple Aluminium and Iron alloys.
GN Altech also manufactures investment castings in various materials like Stainless Steel, Carbon steel, Low alloy steel, Aluminium alloy and any other as per customer specification. We comply to ASTM, AISI, DIN, EN and JIS standards.
MACHINING + ASSEMBLY
GN Altech has a state of Art machine shop comprising of VMCS, HMCS and Turning Centers. The machining work centers enable us to produce precision accuracy with tremendous flexibility.
Our MAZAK 32 Palletech system is a flexible production line which can meet any demand in terms of quality and quantity.
We offer various services to our customers like part surface treatments and assembly.
